Union of opposites: be the eye in the hurricane of life

Who am I. Who am I not. How to be at ease, when the whole world seems to go crazy. Our cultural conditioning already suggests a spectrum of categories we unreflectively identify with. If we dare to look closer, to question and to LET GO, the practices of yoga support a position of freeom - of non-attachment. The practice leads from the whirls of identification to the limitless potential of unity = Yoga.

In this Workshop (incl. Lecture) we will use techniques of Asana, Pranyama, Kriya, Dialogue and Contemplation to experience this state of non-identification where all categories dissolve.
