Exploring the Shoulder Joint
Revolutionize your teaching by exploring how to use yoga as medicine for the shoulder girdle. We'll look at the anatomy and function of the shoulder girdle and dysfunction that can occur here, exploring common injuries of the shoulder and how to work with students to heal problems in this area by personalizing the practice. With an understanding of this area's anatomy, you can learn how to apply the practice in an adaptable and personalized approach for any level or body. Mostly lecture, with some asana and demos. For teachers and dedicated students.
